BinHTML accepts complete HTML documents and publishes them as managed share links with visibility settings, expiry, version history, and retrievable source.

It is not a website host. There are no custom domains, no server-side execution, no routing, and no public search indexing of published artifacts. If you need those, BinHTML is the wrong product and you should use a deployment platform instead.

You are responsible for the security of your account and your API keys. Anything published with your key is treated as published by you.

You must be at least 16 years old to hold an account. One person or organisation is responsible for each account.

You must own or have the right to publish the content you upload, and it must not infringe anyone else's rights.

Publishing is rate limited per account, and the limits for each plan are published in the documentation. Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, plan limits, or authentication.

Do not use the service to store or serve assets for an application, as a general-purpose CDN, or as a substitute for file hosting. It is built for reviewable documents.

Plan limits for document size, artifact count, storage, versions, projects, project links, publish rate, and retention are published on the pricing and limits pages and form part of these terms.

Builder artifacts expire after three days. This is the free plan working as designed. Pro artifacts can be permanent or given a custom expiry.

Expired artifacts are removed permanently, including the stored source. Keep your own copy of anything you need to retain.

Pro is billed monthly or yearly through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Access continues to the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate partial periods.

After paid access ends, the workspace returns to Builder limits. You will be warned before older Pro artifacts become eligible for retention cleanup.

We may suspend or remove content, or suspend an account, where there is a clear breach of the content rules above, a legal requirement, or a threat to the safety of the service or its users.

Where circumstances reasonably allow, we will tell you why. You can close your account at any time from the dashboard.

The service is provided as it stands, without a formal uptime commitment. We work to keep it available and to give notice of planned maintenance, but we do not currently offer a service level agreement.

You keep all rights in what you publish. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process, and serve your content in order to operate the service, and that permission ends when the content is deleted or expires.

We do not use your published content to train models, and we do not sell it.

To the extent the law allows, BinHTML is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

If these terms change materially, the effective date above is updated and the change is noted in the changelog. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
