Upgrade signals
Do not upgrade because a checklist says so. Upgrade when the next handoff needs one of these concrete properties.
01
Keep the link
Builder is deliberately temporary. Pro is the right fit when an artifact or project link must remain available after the three-day trial window.
02
Control access
Builder creates unlisted handoff links. Pro adds owner-only private artifacts for work that should not be opened through a share URL yet.
03
Automate repeatedly
Recurring CI reports, eval dashboards, and scheduled packets benefit from Pro's higher publish, version, storage, and project limits.
04
Publish more
Upgrade when a file, batch, project, or workspace approaches the exact limits in the comparison below—before an automation depends on extra capacity.
Lifecycle details
Builder artifacts and project links are short-lived. The three-day retention window is part of the free plan, not a trial banner hiding a different limit.
Choose $10 monthly or $84 yearly. Checkout and subscription management run through Stripe.
Cancel through the billing portal. Pro access continues according to the current Stripe billing period.
After paid access ends, BinHTML warns before older Pro artifacts become eligible for retention cleanup under Builder limits.
Plain answers
Yes. Builder includes dashboard, REST API, and MCP publishing, plus temporary artifact and project links. No payment details are required to start.
Yes. Builder includes up to 10 active project links with up to 25 artifacts in each link. Builder project links and their artifacts remain subject to the three-day retention window.
Upgrade when a link must remain available, an artifact must be private, a file exceeds Builder limits, or a recurring workflow needs higher publishing, storage, version, project, or project-link capacity.
Builder artifacts expire after three days and are removed by the retention cleanup process. Use Pro when a handoff needs a permanent artifact or project link.
You can manage or cancel Pro through the billing portal. After paid access ends, the workspace returns to Builder limits and BinHTML provides a warning window before older Pro artifacts become eligible for cleanup.
No. BinHTML publishes generated HTML as managed private or unlisted artifacts. Use a deployment platform when you need a public website, custom domain, server-side application, or public search indexing.
