Expiry

Builder artifacts and project links live for three days. This is the free plan working as designed, not a trial restriction that lifts later.

For a review link that only needs to survive a few days, this is often exactly right. For anything that has to outlive the week, plan for Pro or expect to re-publish.

Pro artifacts can be permanent, or you can set a custom expiry per artifact. Setting an expiry deliberately is usually better than permanence by default: a report tied to a sprint should stop being reachable when the sprint ends.

Revoking a share link stops access immediately while the artifact stays in your dashboard. You can re-enable it.

Expiry is the end of the artifact. The scheduled retention process removes the metadata and the stored source, and it is not recoverable. If you might need the document again, download the source first.

After paid access ends, the workspace returns to Builder limits. BinHTML gives a warning window before older Pro artifacts become eligible for retention cleanup, so cancellation does not delete work without notice.
